John Eckley, CCIM, MBA
Vice President, Industrial Lead
John leads the industrial practice. His territory is the corridor between the ports and Atlanta, and he spends his days talking with the owners, users and operators of industrial buildings across the Southeast, which is how he knows what is available before it is listed.
He trained as a civil engineer and holds an MBA, both from Clemson University, and he brings that process discipline to deal analysis, portfolio planning and negotiation. His work covers warehouse and flex property, land and site selection, 1031 exchanges and sale-leasebacks, and medical property for both investors and practices.
John describes the job this way: “I am passionate about helping owners and business leaders accomplish their greater goals through strategic decision-making, and relish the opportunity to serve them as a valued member of their greater financial team.”
