How we handle what you send us

What we collect
Reading this site does not require an account, and we do not ask who you are to read our research. We collect information only when you send it to us through a form: your name, email address, and, if you choose to give them, a phone number, a company name and a message. A phone number is never required.
With a request we also record which page or report it came from, the time it was received, and the campaign label in the link you followed, if there was one. That label names a mailing, not a person. Your browser keeps it only until you close the tab, and it reaches us only if you send a request. We do not try to work out who an anonymous visitor is.
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read, and Google Ads measurement to see whether an advertisement led to a request. These set cookies in your browser and send Google your IP address and the pages you view. We do not send Google your name, your email address or anything you type into a form.
What we use it for
- To reply to your message.
- To send you the report you asked for.
- To let the broker responsible for a property know that you asked about it.
Asking for a report does not add you to a mailing list. We send ongoing research updates only if you tick the separate box asking for them, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Where it goes
Your request is stored by this website and passed to the systems the team uses to manage client relationships and to deliver reports by email. We do not sell your information or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 706.214.2927 or use the contact form and we will act on it.
