Senior Investment Analyst

Stephen leads underwriting, financial modeling and valuation for the team. He prepares broker price opinions, analyzes acquisitions and dispositions, and builds the offering memoranda that take a property to market, across industrial, retail, multifamily and development assignments.

He builds the financial model to fit the decision in front of the client: comparing a lease with a purchase, testing return projections, or weighing one exit against another. He holds the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst designation from the Corporate Finance Institute and the A.CRE real estate financial modeling certificate.
