Stephen works in the role of investment analyst for the Finem Group. He oversees all BPOs (Broker Price Opinions) for the team along with underwriting all investment opportunities for clients. He also oversees the creation of all offering memorandums, retail site selection, and is an intricate part of the operations of the team. His niche focus is creating advanced excel models for retail, multi-family, industrial, and development investment opportunities.

In college, he earned his real estate license and began as a residential agent on the side while he focused on graduating college. He graduated from Augusta University with a Bachelors in Corporate Finance and he has two certifications in financial modeling. One is A.CRE's commercial real estate financial modeling course (one of the most sought-after CRE modeling certifications) and he has CFI's FMVA (financial modeling valuation analyst) certification which is a sought-after certification for corporate financial modeling.

In his free time, Stephen enjoys to read, work out, and watch movies. For the past 2 years, he has been learning Spanish with the goal of becoming fluent in the future. He is currently engaged to his fiancée Stephanie and they will get married in October of this year. Lastly, he has volunteered for Younglife, a nonprofit, for 7 years.
