  • Understood the Assignment: Through our conversations with the client, we took time to understand exactly where they wanted to be and why. We understood their target demographics, traffic counts, access, and other necessary information needed. This allowed us to only send sites that fit their target criteria and allowed them to feel heard and understood.

  • Began Extensive Campaign: Next, we began working on the assignment by contacting all of the off-market sites that we already had in our database along with identifying other sites that fit the criteria. We then put these owners in an extensive drip campaign to determine if any of these owners would sell. We were ultimately able to identify a signaled corner site, with amazing traffic, access, and demographics in Aiken, Sc.

  • Extensive Negotiations: One would think the hard part was behind us, however, due to the owners caring a lot about their land (as all owners should) the negotiations proved to be very complicated, however, we were able to secure a signed PSA.
